Walkabout Studio Playbook

Booking Process

Studio sessions are booked in 90-minute blocks and can be reserved through the website (walkaboutrojo.com/studio/bookings) or by contacting the studio directly. Once a booking request is received, the session is confirmed after the required deposit has been received. Clients will receive confirmation along with basic instructions for arrival and recording preparation. Bookings are typically available during the early evenings, though special scheduling may sometimes be accommodated.

Deposit Policy

A 200,000 VND deposit is required to secure all bookings. The deposit is applied toward the final session fee and confirms the reserved time slot. Bookings are not considered confirmed until the deposit has been received. Deposits may be made via the website instructions or in person.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

Sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance are eligible for a full deposit refund. Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made within 24 hours of the session. Sessions may be rescheduled once with sufficient notice, depending on studio availability. No-show bookings may be charged the full session fee.

Arrival & Session Timing

Clients are encouraged to arrive 5–10 minutes before the scheduled session. Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time to ensure the studio remains on schedule for other creators. Late arrivals do not extend the session duration. The 90-minute session includes time for setup, sound checks, and recording.
